fold faq How do I connect the eBeam LiveWire?

You can plug the eBeam LiveWire unit into any available USB port on a Windows based machine. Connect the eBeam Edge to the LiveWire using the provided USB cable. The eBeam LiveWire currently is not supported on Mac or Linux platforms. 

fold faq Why isn't the software launching?

The launching process can take up to 45 seconds. Do not click on any buttons while the process is starting.

fold faq How do I update the software on my LiveWire?

To update the software version:

*Plug your eBeam LiveWire into into an available USB port on your Windows based machine and close the auto run and Flash windows.

*Download the eBeam LiveWire Updater (222mb) and save it to your Desktop (Education only).

*Double click on the .exe file and click the Update Device button.

fold faq Can I add different eBeam Software to my LiveWire when I update?

You can only update the same type of software that is currently installed on your LiveWire. For example, if you currently have Workspace then you can only update Workspace.

fold faq Does the LiveWire contain drivers for the Inscribe Wireless Tablet?

Drivers for the Inscribe Tablet are not included on the LiveWire. You will need to install the Inscribe drivers directly to your machine in order to use the tablet.

fold faq Can I copy personal files to my LiveWire?

The LiveWire contains 359 MB of storage as a removable disk. You can add your favorite files here for quick and easy access.

If you have a question that hasn't been answered, our support team can help you get the answers you need. Please have the following information ready before you call:

*The software version (e.g. Interact 2.3.3 or Workspace 1.0.2)

*Your computer's operating system and version (e.g. Windows XP SP3 or Mac OS X 10.6.4)

*A brief description of any recent change to your environment (e.g. a new computer, new lighting or motion detectors)
