Why can't I get the Document Camera to work with my computer?

If you are unable to get the Document Camera to work with your computer, make sure:
*You are using Windows Vista, Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.5 or higher.
*You have the Document Camera plugged into a USB 2.0 port.
*You are using an eBeam product. eBeam software currently only supports the eBeam Focus Document Camera.

Why can't I get my Document Camera to focus?

If you are unable to get the Document Camera to focus:
*Check the settings on the Document Camera.
*Move the lens until the picture is clear.

Why can't meeting participants see my Document Camera images?

Document Camera images are not shared to meeting participants during a shared meeting. To share select images with your meeting participants, add your Document Camera image as an element to your Scrapbook page.
