with the eBeam software applications. Problems experienced
with the physical eBeam components (i.e., the hardware,
marker sleeves, and eraser), can be found in the Hardware
Problems diagnostic section.
Please
review the eBeam Known
anomolies section first to determine if the problem
you are experiencing is listed there.
If
your problem is not listed among the Known anomolies,
identify the symptom that most closest
resembles the problem you are experiencing.
