What do I do if the tablet won't draw?

If you are not able to use the tablet to draw, make sure:

*The driver has been properly installed

*The tablet has been paired to your computer

*You are using a Luidia issued USB key

Why aren't my shortcut keys working?

If the shortcut keys on your tablet aren't working:

*Make sure that the driver has been installed properly

*Relaunch the software

Why is my tablet not turning on?

If your tablet does not turn on, make sure that:

*The battery has been charged

*The power button is turned on

Why is my tablet not working on the entire desktop?

If your tablet is only working on a portion of your desktop it is in Relative Mouse Mode. In order to use your entire desktop, you need to be in Absolute Mouse Mode. Select the Pen Pad icon in the Windows Taskbar menu > About Tab > Pen (Absolute).

How do I charge the battery on my tablet?

In order to charge your wireless tablet, you need to plug it using the USB cord into your computer.

What software do I use with the tablet?

You can use either the eBeam Education or eBeam Business software with the Inscribe Wireless Tablet.

Do I need a driver for my computer to detect the tablet?

In order to use your tablet, you must first install the driver that is included on the installation cd for your Inscribe Wireless Tablet. The driver can also be downloaded from the Inscribe Support page.

What do the labeled icons on the tablet do?

The labeled icons on the tablet are 16 shortcut (macro) keys. From left to right, these shortcut keys do the following:

*Mouse/Select Tool

*Color Specific Pen Buttons (red, green, blue, black)

*Color Specific Highlighter Buttons (yellow, green)

*Eraser

*Pen and highlighter thickness

*Undo/Redo

*Full Screen in Scrapbook

*Scrapbook Direct

What do the buttons on the Inscribe stylus do?

The buttons on the Inscribe stylus should "click" when pressed. The button closest to the tip of the stylus is mouse right-click. The rear button is mouse left click when hovering. This button will also hide/show the Tool Palette.

How can I tell if the pen battery is low?

There is a light on the surface of the pen that will come on when your pen battery is low.

What is the maximum distance supported?

The maximum distance supported by the Inscribe Wireless Tablet is 30 feet.
