The eBeam online web store accepts orders from credit card billing addresses and shipment destinations within the United States. For assistance ordering our products outside of the U.S., please refer to our International Distributors, or send email

Download time of purchased software products may vary, and depend upon the product purchased and your connection speed. A prompt for each purchased software product will appear and the download option will remain on your account for each software product purchased.

All software downloads that have an instant download option are exempt from shipping and handling charges, as are online training courses.

If you require assistance, please contact the Luidia Customer Support Team. Be sure to include order details and a brief but complete description of the problem and a member of the support staff will contact you to resolve it.


If a member of our Customer Support Team has determined that your product requires a return for repair or replacement, they will provide a simple Luidia RMA Application Form via email. If you require assistance with the form, please call the support staff (1-888-99-EBEAM).


With every eBeam purchase you make, our goal is total customer satisfaction. If there are issues with your order we urge you to contact our Customer Support Team to resolve the problem.

All returned products are thoroughly inspected and return eligibility and conforming requirements are determined. Before returning any product, please verify it meets the following guidelines to avoid delay or denial of processing.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
  • Products must be complete with all cables, accessories, and certification labels (brand name, UPC code) and not tampered with.
  • Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Luidia maintains serial number tracking on all products).
  • Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
  • Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card or with PayPal will be issued via the original payment method.
