The eBeam Servers and Software now support 128-bit SSL encryption to give you a higher degree of security while collaborating online. Whether you purchase and run eBeam Server on your own network or you choose to use our public eBeam Servers, you can take advantage of SSL encryption.

You can also archive and retreive meetings from the eBeam Meeting Servers. Archive your eBeam collaboration sessions and allow others to view them at their leisure. Someone wasn't there? Simply post your meeting on the server to let them view it later.

We've enabled auto-search of eBeam collaboration servers to allow you to easily scan for the eBeam servers running on your network.

We've also added automatic proxy server setup for clients behind proxy servers to make is easier for you to join into Internet-based eBeam meetings.

Need more space? Two eBeam System 3's can be combined to record notes on a whiteboard up to 12 ft wide and 4 ft tall. The new eBeam software supports "Extended Capture" with 2 USB systems via a USB hub.

Save as Vector PDF or PowerPoint™
Notes and drawings from your whiteboard can be saved directly as vector PDF or PowerPoint files. Don't rely on .exe files, which are often banned from email firewall systems. No other interactive whiteboard system supports as many file formats as eBeam (pdf, vector pdf, html, monochrome bmp, 24 bit color bmp, 256-color bmp, eps, jpg, tif, emf, ppt, pps).

Free Webtours - integrated conferencing and classroom sharing
eBeam software is becoming a powerful conferencing system. During eBeam live meetings, users can now take clients on "webtours." Share your notes, drawings, annotations, and screenshots and take a tour of the Internet.
